Six heavy copper wire elements are precisely spaced and mounted on a rugged aluminum and fiberglass frame forming a high-gain parasitic antenna. Exclusive SFS (Signal Feed System, patented) matching system gives maximum directional performance and dual polarity to allow switching between close (local) and long haul signal paths. Provides high reliability communications under all conditions by extending the working range of CB gear to the limit!
Use it as Base-to-Mobile
Switch to Vertical Polarization and extends the useful range of a base station many times over. Signals off the sides and back are greatly reduced, allowing interference-free contacts with mobiles over great distances. Brings in stations that cannot be heard on an omni or smaller beam.
Use it as Base-to-Base
All of the base-to-mobile advantages described above plus the ability to switch to horizontal (flat side) polarization to further minimize interference from local stations. Under proper receiving conditions stations from all 50 states and other countries can be copied.
